Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") publishes the following information on how personal information and personally referable information are handled in connection with "BINGO5 ORACLE", a BINGO5 prediction app for iOS and Android (the "App"), in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the "APPI"). Personally referable information (not received by us; obtained directly by the ad provider) Advertising identifiers (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID), an ad ID issued by the ad SDK, device information (model, OS, language, screen size, etc.), IP address and the approximate region estimated from it, ad interactions such as impressions and clicks, and diagnostic information about the SDK's operation and crashes Sent directly to Pangle by the ad SDK (Pangle) built into the App when ads are displayed

The Claude API key, app settings, downloaded draw-history data, and in-app purchase state are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

3. Purposes of use

  • To answer inquiries and investigate and fix problems (personal information obtained from inquiries)
  • To keep the App free by serving and displaying ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and optimizing ads (personally referable information obtained by the ad provider)
  • To generate AI commentary (transmission to Anthropic when you set an API key)

We do not handle personal information beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

4. Provision to third parties

Except as permitted by law, we do not provide personal data to third parties without your prior consent. We never provide personal information obtained from inquiries to third parties.

Transmissions by the ad SDK (Pangle) are made directly to the ad provider by the SDK built into the App; we neither receive that information nor provide it to anyone. That information is handled under the ad provider's privacy policy listed below.

5. Transmission to third parties in foreign countries

Using the App involves sending information to the following businesses located outside Japan.

Personal information protection systems in those countries

  • United States: there is no comprehensive federal privacy law; protection is provided by sector-specific federal laws and state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act).

For details, see the survey of foreign personal information protection systems published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (https://www.ppc.go.jp/). The measures each recipient takes to protect personal information are described in the privacy policies listed above.

  • Personnel: everyone who handles personal information is bound to confidentiality and proper handling.
  • Physical: we take measures to prevent theft or loss of devices used to handle personal information.
  • Technical: inquiry emails are kept in an email account with restricted access. All network communication by the App is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). We run no servers, and the App sends no personal information to us.
  • Understanding the external environment: because information is sent to businesses outside Japan, we handle it with an understanding of those countries' personal information protection systems (see section 5).
